Hayley McNeff make a brief appearance at the end of Raising the Bar 3. In the documentary she talked about her desire to become a competitive bodybuilder. On August 1st 2009 that dream became reality as she won the overall women's bodybuilding trophy and qualified to be a national competitor at her first show. Hayley McNeff is 100% drug free and wants to stay that way.

@ambermosley84 Only a weak and insecure girly man would have a problem with a girl who is bigger than them. If you have a problem with somebody just because they are bigger and in better shape than you, then that's your f'ing problem. Those are your issues if one person's strengths bother you so much.
