15 reps means how many times you lift the weight a set is how many sessions you lift

Pick a weight that you can do 8-10 reps with, 15 reps is way too many.
Start at 3 sets for beginners, increase amount of sets as you progress.
Also increase weight when you can lift more, obviously.

@rishi851 Until youre arms are DEAD and you just cant do anymore. Only take 15-20 seconds MAX rest in between and then after your very last set when your dead, go drink some water rest 1-2 mins and do 1 or 2 more sets and youre done
