I am definitely envious!! i have been working out regularly for 7 years now but my belly still flabs and i dont think my biceps are any muscullar either!! my wife has been laughing on me for all those years! thinking of it as a big waste of time! thousands dollars of those sport gears came out useless too, very dissapointing, disstressing. Maybe I havent got it right!
